Oggi il casale, di epoca medievale si presenta come un elegante Country House, fornito di tutti i comforts della moderna tecnologia, entro un ampio parco ben curato ed attrezzato, al centro del quale campeggia la piscina ecologica (aperta da Maggio a settembre, depurata tramite particolari filtri con sale marino, dispositivo che evita il fastidio tipico del cloro).

Although is located amidst the tranquillity of the Tuscan countryside, at the same time the holiday home Torre del Guado is close to cities as Arezzo - Cortona - Perugia and within easy driving distance from the main art cities of Tuscany and central Italy like: Florence, Siena, Rome, Urbino...
The accommodations consist of 2 suggestive reception rooms and 5 refined self-catering vacation-accommodations, of different sizes and typology, with excellent facilities. The whole holiday house inside a very large beautifully maintained equipped gardens (20.000 mq) with the panoramic 15X7 swimming pool.

Torre del Guado is placed at the same distance (3 kms) from the medieval towns of Anghiari and Sansepolcro situated in Upper Tiber Valley, and 30 kms from Arezzo, not far from Cortona and Siena, on the edge of the Chianti wine region and of Umbria. The villa’s convenient location will allow you to easily reach the main art cities including Assisi and Urbino, Perugia and Pisa, Trasimeno Lake, Florence, Rome, ..). They are all a day-trip away and easily accessible through the near E45 speedway, at only 4 kms from the villa, and A1 highway 32 kms far.
All the apartments ( from 2+ to 4+ guests) are tastefully and stylishly decorated thanks to a carefully selected colour scheme of warm, pastel shades and enjoy plenty of natural light along with panoramic views of the tuscan landscape. Each self catering accommodation has its independent entry on the ground floor from the garden, own fireplace, a fully-equipped kitchen-corner (4 plates, gas, refrigerator, ice compartment, electric oven, toaster..), 1 bathroom, with shower, bidet, sink, WC, and all the benefits of modern technology ( Satellite TV, individual washing machine and heating ).
